2g - Message categories

When using Message Express, there are two important things to keep in mind:

It is quite possible that in a client circuit, several people (users) will use the interface to write and send messages; therefore, it is recommended to have several separate templates.
Many different types of messages will surely be sent in many different contexts.

That's why Message Express offers you access to a variety of Message categories.

By default, a message can only be written with the selected category. A button allows you to create categories.

A link in the top banner of the interface leads to the Categories section from where you can add, edit or delete categories.

To delete or modify a category, you must first select the category in the drop-down menu.

Each category has a set of templates to customize messages either as an email version, phone or SMS .
