2c - The Sort members button
The Sort members button
When you select a group in the Predefined groups tab, the contacts in that group are highlighted on the right in the Recipients grid. Generally, this list of contacts is scattered among hundreds or even thousands of recipients.

By clicking on Sort members, the contacts included in the chosen group are immediately sorted and prioritised at the top of the recipient list, as seen below.

Recipients in red
The names of contacts without any contact information are displayed in red in the Recipients grid. In other words, if they do not have an email address, text number or phone number in their files, these contacts will not be able to receive your messages.

Individuals without contact information will remain red in the grid at all times until a means of communication is added to their file.
You can still send a message to a group of contacts even if some contacts are in red. In such cases, a notification will be displayed when the message is sent: “Some contacts will not receive this message because they have no registered means of communication: Would you like to send the message anyway?”
Within the Recipients grid, you can double-click on a contact to change their details or delete them. The interface that opens resembles the content of the widget that lets contacts sign up online themselves.

Fields with a red asterisk are mandatory.
It is also possible to delete a contact from this record. Click on the Delete button and confirm this action.
